About the role
Companies that work with Zevra don't buy software: they buy not losing time and customers anymore. Selling that means understanding the other business before talking about technology.
You'll open conversations with companies in Bolivia and Chile, run discovery meetings, build proposals with the technical team and take them to a close. You'll have a catalog of products and real projects to show.
We're looking for someone who enjoys the follow-up as much as the first call.
What you'll do
- Prospect companies in Bolivia and Chile and open conversations worth having.
- Run discovery meetings where you listen more than you talk.
- Build proposals with the technical team and take them to a close.
- Keep the CRM up to date so nothing falls between calls.
Your first 90 days
- Month 1
You learn the catalog and join discovery meetings with Iván.
- Month 2
You run your own meetings and build your first proposals.
- Month 3
You run your whole pipeline, from first contact to close.
Who we're looking for
- You've sold something (services, software, anything) and can tell the story.
- You're comfortable talking with owners and managers.
- You're consistent: follow-up is where deals close.
- You're into tech enough to explain it simply.
Nice to have
- A network of company contacts in Bolivia or Chile.
- Experience selling B2B services or SaaS.
- Having used a CRM like HubSpot.
This isn't for you if…
- You're more comfortable selling a mass product than a tailored solution.
- You don't like follow-up or keeping your CRM tidy.
- You'd rather follow a fixed script than understand each client.

A few final words
For this role, your voice answer is worth more than your CV. Sell us something the way you would on a real call.
