About the role
Every Zevra project starts with a client who has a problem and ends with software someone uses every day. In between there are decisions: what gets built first, what waits and how we know it worked.
We're looking for the person who makes those decisions with the client and the team. You'll write specs, prioritize, protect scope and measure what ships. You'll also say no, and explain why.
You don't need to code, but you need enough understanding to talk with engineering and notice when something is harder than it looks.
What you'll do
- Understand the client's business and turn it into a clear product plan.
- Write specs, prioritize the backlog and protect each sprint's scope.
- Coordinate design, engineering and the client without losing pace.
- Measure what ships and decide what's next with data.
Your first 90 days
- Month 1
You meet the active clients and take over one project's backlog.
- Month 2
You shape how we work: specs, priorities and a weekly review with metrics.
- Month 3
You run a new project from the first client meeting to launch.
Who we're looking for
- You've led at least one digital product or project from start to finish.
- You write clearly: a good doc saves you three meetings.
- You can say no and explain why.
- You understand enough tech to talk with engineering.
Nice to have
- Agency or consultancy experience.
- Having worked with product metrics (activation, retention, conversion).
- English for reading and writing.
This isn't for you if…
- You'd rather coordinate tasks than make product decisions.
- Saying no to a client makes you uncomfortable.
- You measure success by what shipped, not by what changed for the business.
How the process works

We get back to you

A product case
We give you a real brief, client details removed, and work it through together in 60 minutes.
- 5
Offer
If we both want to keep going, we make you a concrete offer.
A few final words
Tell us about a product you ran and a hard decision you made in it. We care more about the why than the outcome.
