About the role
We build complete products for our clients: stores with their own payments, internal platforms, booking systems and AI dashboards. Several are at zevraz.com/work.
We're looking for someone who can take a feature from the client conversation to production without splitting it between frontend and backend. We mostly work with Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, and pick tools for what each project needs.
You'll have a lot of autonomy and a lot of responsibility: businesses use what you build every day.
What you'll do
- Take features from idea to production with Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
- Design APIs and data models that hold up as they grow.
- Work with design so the interface looks and feels the way it should.
- Review code, propose improvements and make sure what ships works.
Your first 90 days
- Month 1
You join an active project and ship your first features.
- Month 2
You own part of the product: you decide how it's built and explain it to the team.
- Month 3
You lead the technical side of a new project, from data model to deploy.
Who we're looking for
- Two or more years building web products that are in use today.
- You're comfortable moving between frontend and backend.
- You make technical decisions and can explain them.
- You care about interface details as much as backend ones.
Nice to have
- Having integrated AI (LLMs, RAG) into a product.
- Having worked directly with clients.
- Side projects you've shipped.
This isn't for you if…
- You only want to work on frontend or only on backend.
- You need a locked spec before starting.
- You're not interested in talking to the client or understanding their business.

A few final words
The most useful thing you can send is a link to something of yours that's live and two lines on which part you built.
